These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and jilibt ("jilibt", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jilibt.org and its associated subdomains and mobile applications.

These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with jilibt, including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals, gameplay, bonus participation, customer support interactions, and any communications between you and jilibt. These Terms are supplemented by the jilibt Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotion-specific terms published on the platform — all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Access to and use of the jilibt platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR context requirements applicable to casino-style gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any such person affiliated with jilibt or its technology, software, or payment service providers.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on the jilibt platform or any other gambling platform in the Philippines.

jilibt employs age verification procedures at registration and may conduct additional identity checks at any point during your use of the platform. Providing false information regarding your age or identity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities.

To access real-money gaming services on jilibt, you must register a player account. Each player is permitted to maintain only one account on the jilibt platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name as it appears on a government-issued identification document, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must promptly update this information whenever it changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jilibt account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jilibt will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings — jilibt strongly recommends this for all players.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.

• Never access your jilibt account from a shared or public computer without ensuring you log out completely after each session.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

jilibt is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts. You will be required to submit copies of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine national ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS card), proof of residential address dated within three months, and payment method verification documents. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jilibt may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on the jilibt platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilibt supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location, account status, and the current payment infrastructure maintained by jilibt.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jilibt is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your jilibt wallet balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jilibt does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. jilibt targets withdrawal processing times of 5 to 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and 1 to 3 business days for bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Withdrawal requests submitted outside banking hours may experience delays.

• Account KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal can be processed.
• jilibt reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• jilibt reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jilibt maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) compliance procedures. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. jilibt is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law. Players who engage in structuring, layering, or any other conduct designed to circumvent AML procedures will have their accounts immediately suspended and reported to the appropriate authorities.

jilibt offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have completed account registration and age verification.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Specific wagering multipliers are stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonuses have validity periods — any bonus balance and associated winnings remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• jilibt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including the use of systematic betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk ("bonus hunting"), is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.

All games available on the jilibt platform — including live baccarat, slots, poker, bingo, dragon fishing, and sports betting — are governed by their respective game-specific rules. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules applicable to any game before placing a wager.

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino game outcomes on the jilibt platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels) under the supervision of live dealers and monitored via HD video stream. jilibt does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

6.2 Bets and Wagers

All bets placed on jilibt are final once confirmed. Players may not cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system. 6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on jilibt — covering PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, and other events — are subject to additional sportsbook terms published on the relevant betting pages. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In-play bets are subject to acceptance at the current live odds at the time of confirmation, which may differ from the odds displayed at the time of bet placement due to live event developments.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilibt platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Cheating: Any attempt to defraud jilibt or other players, including but not limited to the use of exploits, software vulnerabilities, collusion with other players, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Money Laundering: Using the jilibt platform to launder proceeds of criminal activity or to conduct transactions designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one player account on jilibt, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Unauthorised Software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, data-scraping software, or any other unauthorised software to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with GCash, PayMaya, or any bank in respect of legitimate jilibt transactions.
• Minors Gaming: Allowing or facilitating any person under the age of 21 to access your jilibt account or to use the jilibt platform in any way.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications at jilibt staff, customer support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilibt platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any jilibt intellectual property without prior written consent from jilibt.

Any unauthorised use of jilibt intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account access and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilibt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the jilibt platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds due to technical errors, connectivity issues, or interruptions to service outside jilibt's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials or your use of the platform from an unsecured device or network.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Any indirect financial or personal losses arising from your gambling activity on the jilibt platform.

jilibt's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilibt account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory Philippine law.

jilibt collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the jilibt Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on jilibt and accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilibt processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, and where consented, to send you promotional communications about jilibt offers and events.

jilibt reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Your continued use of the jilibt platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the jilibt platform and may close your account by contacting customer support. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your jilibt account, or your use of the jilibt platform shall first be submitted to jilibt's customer support team for resolution through good-faith internal dispute resolution procedures.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures within thirty (30) calendar days of being submitted to jilibt's customer support team, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in the Philippines in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for any matter that is not subject to arbitration under these Terms.
